1969 Fuji Film Building Development the new fan coil unit with built‐in small compressor type. Controllable system of heating and cooling by use two(2) pipes.
1973 Mori Building No.25 Development the AIR BALLANCE. (Patent) Heating and cooling at any time, running after office hours and not use water pipe of peri-meter zone.
1981 Chinzan‐so Banquet Hall Building Introduction parallel operation with commercial power by cogeneration system.
