- This building is a large complex which consists of Library, Exhibition area, Special Exhibition area, Mini Theater , Restaurants etc. External appearance of the building is like spaceship with metallic luster and overlong east and west (200meters).The large reading room has become very difficult M/E design because of three-dimensional curved surface. Miyagi Prefactural Library is oen of the most well-stacked library in eastern Japan.
