- This is the main building of Roppngi Hills with 54 stories, a heigt of 238m and total area of 380,000㎡. It is located Roppongi Hills area and one of the most in Japan of urban redevelopment. The Roppngi Hills Mori Tower is supplied to chilled water, hot water and electricity from the Roppngi Energy Service Inc. The Roppngi Mori Tower is introduced a dual duct and a dual VAV system to air conditioning of perimeter zone.
